Grinding – Overview

The largest diameter of a circular knife or saw blade we can produce is 750 mm.

• Maximum throughput of hardening furnace Ø 800 mm
• Maximum diameter for tooth-grinding machines Ø 800 mm (Loroch)
• The company owns 108 grinding machines , of which approximately 1/3 are NC and CNC machines .
• 4 grinders are equipped with automatic workpiece loaders .
• ~50 grinders are connected to 4 central filtration units for cooling and cleaning grinding fluids (oils and emulsions), while 58 grinders have their own filtration and cooling systems .

Special Tooth Grinders – Tooth Grinding

ANCA TX7 - 5 units → for  non-standard cutter teeth

LOROCH - 8 units → for  large circular saw blades

JUNKER NAJ - 3 units → for  saw blades according to DIN 1837

Grinding of Internal Clamping Holes

Hole grinders - 7 units → Most commonly requested tolerance H7

Roundness Grinding

CNC grinder  → max diameter up to 600 mm

Special grinders - 4 units  → to achieve precise roundness of the blade before sharpening

Sharpening of Circular and Special Knives

Knife sharpening machines - 2 units → HEALD 361 and HEALD 261 (USA)

EYAN grinders - 6 units

EYAN tooth deburring machines - 2 units

Laser Technology

Cutting laser – PRIMA POWER Platino Fiber EVO 3 kW with exchangeable table for efficient handling

Cutting laser – PRIMA POWER CO₂ 2.5 kW

Marking lasers – 2 units  → (50 W)

Own oxygen and nitrogen tanks for laser technologies

Heat Treatment

Hardening of HSS, K110, and stainless steels

Continuous gas furnace (max. temperature: 1150 °C )

Tempering

Electric tempering furnaces – 7 units  → for stabilizing the material structure after hardening

Surface Treatments

Filtration and Cooling

Central filtration (for ~50 grinders)

We use brands STA SEPARATOREN (Germany) and RESY (Germany) . They ensure cooling and cleaning of oils and emulsions.

Independent filtration (for 58 grinders)

TURBOSEPARATOR – 4 units → cooling and centrifugal filtration for individual machines

Cleaning centrifuge – 5 units  →  STA SEPARATOREN

RESY filtration accessories used for sedimentation cleaning of oil emulsions.
