Grinding – Overview

The largest diameter of a circular knife or saw blade we can produce is 750 mm.

  • Maximum throughput of hardening furnace Ø 800 mm
  • Maximum diameter for tooth-grinding machines Ø 800 mm (Loroch)
  • The company owns 108 grinding machines , of which approximately 1/3 are NC and CNC machines .
  • 4 grinders are equipped with automatic workpiece loaders .
  • ~50 grinders are connected to 4 central filtration units for cooling and cleaning grinding fluids (oils and emulsions), while 58 grinders have their own filtration and cooling systems .
