Order Process

Customer Inquiry
  • The buyer submits an inquiry (email, form, or verbally), where we are most interested in:
    • type of tool (disc, knife)
    • intended use of the tool
    • quantity
    • technical specifications or drawings
    • desired delivery date and location
 
 
Proposal and Quotation
  • GSP prepares a non-binding proposal specifying:
    • tool specification including material, angles, coatings
    • delivery time and price
  • The offer is valid for a limited time!

Order Confirmation
  • The customer confirms the order in writing (email or form)
  • GSP responds with confirmation or contract within 7 days of receipt
 
 
Tool Production
  • Custom-made according to:
    • Material requirements (HSS, carbide, cermet…)
    • Toothing (coarse, fine, specific shapes)
    • Coating (TiN, TiAlN, TiCN, VAPO, etc.)
  • GSP manages the full production including technical preparation, grinding, lapping, sharpening and coating if required .

Quality Control
  • The order undergoes inspection of dimensions, cutting edge and surface finish
  • Standards used include DIN, ČSN and internal quality protocols
 
 
Shipping and Delivery
  • Products are delivered according to INCOTERMS (e.g., CPT)
  • Invoicing is based on the agreed terms – within 30 days of delivery
  • Fast and reliable deliveries across the Czech Republic, EU, and worldwide thanks to our Czech logistics base

Service and Support
  • After delivery, GSP provides technical support , servicing, repairs, and sharpening
  • We offer additional consultations and expert advice
